During the Lightmass Offensive, when Delta-One was tasked with deploying the Resonator to map out the Locust tunnels, Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago came across a Stranded at the Lethia Imulsion Facility. The Stranded opened fire on the two Gears with his shotgun, barely missing Marcus, and causing the duo to raise their Lancers at the Stranded. The Stranded dropped his weapon, and subsequently assumed the Gears were a rescue team. After a brief conversation about the cart control room, the Stranded, despite wanting to leave the facility, reluctantly assisted in helping the Gears find it. In their search for the control room, the trio had to cross a room with unstable floor boards. Only moments after the Stranded stepped onto the floor boards, they gave way beneath him and he fell. He was then killed by a Lambent Wretch.[1]
