Losing Contact with Harvest

Nine weeks after the evacuation of Jacinto City, the Harbormaster radioed the fishing vessel Harvest since they hadn't checked in. After getting no answer from the vessel, he contacted the COG Army who ended up sending vessels to search for the missing ship.
