Cog Nation Leaded[]
Reading page 53 and 54 of Jacintos remnant makes me thinks hes a cog national leader. Premier was a title used by russian world leaders so this could be along similar lines. I believe he is the head of state of Pelles as he is just pulling his troops out of Ostri and he states that hes got refuges flowing over his border, insinuating he is the leader of Pelles. He also refuses to use his chemical weapons each cog nation is alleged to have. Richard also thinks that it isnt about a single nation mentioning Pelles and Tyrus in paticular as he is the head of Tyrus this could mean deschnko is premier of Pelles.--Royal Theron 13:14, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
