Soteroa was a city in the South Islands.

Hammer of Dawn
Soteroa was a city allied with the COG in the South Islands. A refugee Dominic Santiago met just after the Hammer of Dawn strikes announcement said she had a son who lived there, and was worried about his safety.[1] It is unknown if the city was hit by the Hammer of Dawn.
