The New Fortitude Territory was a region of the South Islands. It contained the islands of Noroa and Galangi, and during the last days of the Pendulum Wars and the early years of the Locust War, it was governed by Bryn Mackin.[1] Nine years into the war, Noroa had been overrun, and the remaining citizens of the New Fortitude Territory lived on Galangi, which was safe from Locust attacks.[2]
