The Military Emergency Measures Act was a form of martial law in the COG military code. Violating some of the terms of the act was punishable by death.
Siege of Anvil GateEdit
During the Siege of Anvil Gate, Lt. Victor Hoffman declared martial law over Anvil Gate and the city of Anvegad. A civilian named Geril Atar broke the Military Emergency Measures Act when he stole food from the garrison, and was executed by Hoffman for his crime.
