The Locust Horde uses these vehicles to patrol the underground lakes of the Hollows. They are capable of moving at high speeds, and are pulled along by a pair of strange aquatic creatures similar to Orcas or Killer whales. They have several eyes like a Reaver and has two dorsal fins with a tail fin like most whales. Their unresponsiveness to damage is apparently similar to that of a Rock worm, as it won't react to any shots the player may discharge into it. The boat it self is basically a metal raft with little cover provided for its crew. Its armament consists of one Troika machine gun and whatever its crew is carrying.

One of these boats is hijacked and used by Dom and Marcus of Delta Squad in order to reach the Palace and the Locust Queen in act three chapter four, Displacement. Along the way, they engage and destroy several pursuing Locust-occupied gunboats, and eventually are attacked by, and destroy, the monstrous Leviathan.
