Six weeks after the Armistice between the UIR and COG went into effect, the Locust emerged all over Sera, including in Mattino Junction, where Lena was with Richie. The Coalition of Ordered Governments attempted to evacuate the city, but Lena and Richie were both killed, leaving Dizzy, who had been away on a job in the merchant navy, alone.
