Doctor Koenig was a Coalition of Ordered Governments scientist who worked on Azura.

BiographyEdit

While working on Azura, Koenig, Dr.Toru Hoshi, and Professor Adam Fenix provided assistance to the team working on the Adaptive Atmospheric Manipulation System. He was later killed when the Locust captured the island.^[1]
