The Coalition of Ordered Governments Intelligence Agency was responsible for gathering information for the safety of the COG and intelligence about their enemies. The Agency traces it roots back to the Pendulum Wars, when Agent Louise Settile gathered intel on Aspho Point as part of Operation Leveler. During the Locust-Human War the Agency gather the best intel they can on the Locust.
