Halls of Judgment is the second chapter of the sixth act in Gears of War: Judgment.

WalkthroughEdit

After exiting the courtroom, walk towards the destroyed part of the building and you'll find that the city is burning and the Gears are trying to fend off the Locust unsuccessfully. In the next part of the room, you will find a Sawed-Off Shotgun, a Boomshot Grenade Launcher and several ammo caches nearby. After opening the door, you'll find a Markza too. Move forward until you hear screeching noises, which means Shriekers have arrived. Take them down quickly and walk upstairs to open the door to the next part of the level. Near a destroyed wall, you'll see the King Raven that brought you there. Baird suggests you use it to get out of there. The Declassified Mission should be nearby.

Declassified MissionEdit

"Col. Loomis's report made no mention of Locust smoke-grenade traps."

The mission will require you to walk through a hall full of Smoke Grenades, similar to Magadha Villa, which will reduce your visibility. Unlike Magadha Villa, the Locust will not start to throw smoke as you enter, but the hall will already be covered by smoke as you enter. Watch your back and try to lure your enemies outside to take them out quickly. A good strategy is to stay outside of the room and to let the enemies come at you to take them out, avoiding the smoke and traps.

Boomers will knock down the door ahead and start to attack you. Take them out and then shoot off the enemies inside. There might be some Therons and Kantus so move carefully and don't fall into their traps. Flame Grenadiers might join the fight after a while; shoot their tanks and they will be gone. Once you've taken down every single enemy and walked your way past the hall, head towards a door at the end of the halls and you'll have completed the chapter.

CollectiblesEdit

At the left side of the room, there'll be a Crimson Omen near some windows, which leads to a small balcony. The COG Tag should be at the left corner, behind a burning pillar.
