The Gorasni High Council were the political leaders of the Republic of Gorasnaya.

Refusal to SurrenderEdit

When the Pendulum Wars came to a close, the Gorasni High Council decided not to honor the surrender and continued to fight the Coalition of Ordered Governments. However, six weeks after the surrender, the Locust emerged, and the High Council were all killed in the Locust War, leaving only Commander Miran Trescu to lead the remaining Gorasni.^[1][2]
