Gears of War: Hollow Part Three is issue #3 of the Gears of War: Comic Series and is the third of six issues that make up the Hollow story arc. It was released in February 2009.

Official Wildstorm SummaryEdit

After surviving harrowing assaults from the invading Locust Horde, Jace Stratton and Delta Squad are dispatched to Montevado. Their mission: investigate mysterious seismic activity unlike anything COG command has witnessed. Is it increased Locust activity – or is this the start of something more sinister?^[3]

StoryEdit

Jace crash lands the stricken chopper on top of an Emergence Hole killing all the Locust emerging. Delta-One begins to proceed to Montevado they come across a stranded called Jonboy who offers to trade them an APC for assistance with a squad of Locust. Delta defeat the Locust and receive the APC as a reward. Jace then finds a young girl called Lily living with the Stranded in Fucked. Jace convinces Marcus to let them take Lily with them. They move out in the APC and are attacked en-route by Locust. Delta quickly dismounts and deals with the Locust, they are then taken off by a Brumak which attacks.
