Chairman David Prescott^[1] was the father of Richard Prescott and one of the many Chairmen of the COG. He was a politician like his father before him and his son after him. Like them, he led Sera during some of the planet's darkest times^[2]. He died before his son Richard became Chairman during the Locust-Human War.
