Charles Cioffi (born 31 October 1935), also credited as Charles M. Cioffi, is an American television actor. He voices Richard Prescott in Gears of War 2 but was replaced by Dwight Schultz in Gears of War 3.
Biography[]
He was born in New York City and attended Michigan State University, where he became a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
He played Lt. Vic Androzzi in Shaft (1971) and Peter Cable in Klute (1971). He has appeared on Kojak, Frasier, Wings, The X Files, NYPD Blue, Hawaii Five-O, and various other shows, including Days of our Lives, in which he played the short-lived but memorable role of villain Ernesto Toscano. He has also appeared in several productions both on and off Broadway. He has also made an appearance on Law & Order as mob boss Frank Masucci.
