The Armored Personnel Carrier was a lightly armored fighting vehicle designed to transport a sum of infantry (depending on the size of the APC) to the battlefield. The Armadillo was a notable variation of the APC. The UIR had a number of APC's during the Battle of Aspho Fields.^[1]

Armadillos can also be seen in the RAAM's Shadow campaign, once at the start of the first chapter, and next when Zeta-Six is destroying the Locust Seeders in Ilima City.
